1. Order Process

At AllThemes.xyz, we strive to make your ordering process as smooth as possible. Here’s what you can expect:

  1. Browse our collection of themes, templates, and code.
  2. Select the product(s) you wish to purchase.
  3. Add the item(s) to your cart.
  4. Proceed to checkout.
  5. Fill in your billing information and choose your payment method.
  6. Review your order and complete the purchase.
  7. You will receive an order confirmation email with download instructions.

2. Delivery

As we provide digital products:

  • Your purchase will be available for immediate download after payment is confirmed.
  • You can also access your purchases from your account dashboard at any time.
  • We do not ship physical products.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars and are subject to change without notice. We accept payment via:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
  • PayPal
  • Other payment methods as indicated at checkout

4. Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all our products.

4.1 Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund:

  • The refund must be requested within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • You must provide a valid reason for the refund request.
  • The product must not have been extensively used or modified.

4.2 Non-refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refund:

  • Products that have been extensively modified by the customer
  • Products where the refund period has expired

4.3 Refund Process

  2. We will review your request within 2-3 business days.
  3. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.
  4. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

5. Exchanges

As we deal with digital products, we do not offer exchanges. However, if you’re unsatisfied with a product, you can request a refund and purchase a different product instead.

6. Product Updates

We provide free updates for our products for 12 months from the date of purchase. After this period, you may need to repurchase the product to receive the latest version.
